Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, hire and develop staff, and drive exceptional guest service. You will oversee scheduling, P&L, and sales forecasting, while ensuring food safety and a high standard of hospitality.

The role requires managing day-to-day operations, training crew, and delivering a guest-obsessed experience across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed and uphold standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle: recruitment, hiring, and people processes.
• Train and develop crew, shift leaders, Apprentices with Chipotle tools and resources.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day operations, schedules, P&L, sales-forecasting, interviewing.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and guest readiness.
• Uphold food safety, compliance standards.
• Be accountable for financial success, achieve annual sales and cash flow plan.
• Work a schedule including lunch, dinner, and weekends across hours.
