You will recruit and develop crews, manage scheduling and P&L, ensure food safety, and build a high-performing team across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts. This role demands hands-on leadership and a commitment to a fast, guest-focused service culture.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and hiring, people processes and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices, utilizing Chipotle’s training tools and resources.
• Direct our team members to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, P&L control, and sales forecasting.
• Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety and compliance standards.
• Drive overall financial performance and annual sales/cash flow plan.
• Work a schedule including lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.
