Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience required.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory and expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Partner with District Manager to achieve restaurant goals.
