Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all daily restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional Wingstop guest experience. You will foster accountability, develop future leaders, drive sales and profitability, and uphold brand standards.

The ideal candidate has restaurant management experience, strong leadership and financial acumen, a high school diploma or equivalent, and is able to motivate staff, manage costs, and ensure food safety.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Proven organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability.
• Food Handler Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders through coaching and feedback.
• Create a positive, accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, brand standards are followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
