Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline.
• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability.
• Apple II Management training completed.
• Strong leadership and operational skills with strategic business acumen.
• Ability to champion and integrate change regularly.

Responsibilities

• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to Company guidelines.
• Maintains product preparation and presentation meeting Company standards.
• Oversees staffing/scheduling to meet sales demands.
• Develops managers and conducts regular performance evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Communicates with Area Director and holds weekly management meetings.
