Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager to lead our Portales store with proven restaurant leadership skills. You will oversee daily operations, drive results, and deliver excellent customer service while supporting team members.

Responsibilities include managing costs, inventory, food safety, and staff development; recruiting and retaining talent; and finding ways to increase sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in a managerial role in a restaurant.
• Customer service experience is required.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience managing P&L, food cost and labor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate store, control costs, manage inventory, food, image, cleanliness, and attendance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff.
• Ensure food safety and team member safety.
• Provide best in class customer service.
