Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to efficiently run our store, serve customers, and support our team members.

The GM will oversee operations, staffing, food safety, and financial performance to drive growth and profitability. The role requires prior management or related experience, strong customer service, a valid driver’s license, and high school education or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role or similar
• Customer service experience required
• Fast food/quick service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Team player with a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Strong basic math and numerical accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, cleanliness, attendance & punctuality
