Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead our store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee cost controls, inventory, food quality, image standards, and timely attendance, while driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.

You will recruit and develop staff, uphold food safety, and ensure teamwork and accountability. Strong communication and decision-making are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
