Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and support team members in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on cost controls, inventory management, food quality, and adherence to image standards.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, maintaining food safety, delivering best-in-class service, and driving sales and profitability. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
• Customer Service experience.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
