Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store efficiently, care for customers, and support team members. You will manage operations, recruit and develop staff, and ensure safety and food standards while driving sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem solving, decision making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Strong arithmetic and numerical accuracy in daily tasks.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members.
