Domino's Team BAM! seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, drive results, and uphold quality service. You will manage staff, control costs, and ensure safety and image standards while delivering superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
Customer service experience is required.
Experience in fast food/quick service is a plus.
Valid driver's license is required.
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to lead by example and drive accountability.
Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities
