Hawaiian Bros Buckeye is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales and profits, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will supervise all managers and staff, implement company programs, manage schedules, control food costs, and enforce safety and quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to translate Vision and Values into actionable goals for the team.

Responsibilities

• Translate the company’s Vision and Values into individual and team goals.
• Align performance measures to support the achievement of business and restaurant goals.
• Model, recognize, and reinforce desired behavior; align rewards with contributions.
• Determine employee career goals and monitor performance.
• Provide employees with support and opportunities to achieve their full potential.
• Regularly solicit employee feedback on supervisor performance and use results to develop staff.
• Resolve employee concerns per policies and communicate major issues to the Territory Director.
• Resolve guest issues and communicate major issues to the Territory Director.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and customer service results.
• Implement and coordinate marketing strategies.
• Oversee staff schedules to balance work/life with business needs.
• Maintain inventory levels and control food costs through proper ordering and yield management.
