Job summary

Hawaiian Bros is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Newberg, OR. You will serve as the right hand to the General Manager, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and guest satisfaction stays high.

The role requires strong leadership, drive-thru experience, and the ability to coach a team in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a bonus. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a leadership role (restaurant/retail preferred).
• 2 years of experience in a drive thru location.
• Valid driver's license & vehicle (you’ll make bank runs).
• Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to get one).
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Keep restaurant running smoothly as AGM, coordinating with General Manager.
• Monitor labor, sales, and costs; implement smart solutions.
• Lead drive-thru operations with fast, friendly, accurate service.
• Coach, train, and grow the team; hire and manage staff.
