Buddy’s Pizza is seeking a Bench General Manager to lead all unit operations within a Buddy’s location. You will oversee daily service, drive guest satisfaction, manage staff performance and scheduling, and ensure adherence to Buddys policies.

The role demands strong leadership, communication, and operational excellence to maximize profit and guest experience. You will monitor labor, execute pre-shift briefings, and address guest inquiries while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a general management role in a full-service restaurant.
• Proficient in leadership, communication, staff mentoring & development, and operations management.
• Strong problem solving, decision making and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all unit operations during scheduled shifts, including staff coordination, guest interaction, and maintaining standards.
• Manage labor and scheduling, ensuring compliance with cash handling and checkout procedures.
• Lead pre-shift briefings, monitor daily reports and drive sales and labor optimization.
• Foster positive staff relations to maximize morale and productivity while ensuring a safe work environment.
