Reporting to a Multi-Unit Manager, you will focus on sales and profitability through effective labor planning, scheduling, inventory control, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management or restaurant operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure a positive guest and team member experience.
• Support Shift Leads and guide the team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Monitor operations, labor, inventory, and safety standards for profitability.
• Coordinate payroll, scheduling, and training to drive continuous improvement.
• Build relationships in the community to attract great candidates for roles.
