Job summary

KFC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at our Alaska location. You will ensure top-quality food, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company standards across all areas of operation.

The role requires 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and analytical skills. College degree is preferred, with a focus on building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College or university degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities; basic math and accounting skills.
• Basic PC literacy.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations to ensure high-quality food and service.
• Ensure compliance with company standards across all areas.
• Oversee product preparation, delivery, and restaurant maintenance.
• Manage inventory, staffing, recruiting, and retention.
• Oversee financial accountability and P&L responsibilities.
• Lead and develop the team, building a strong work culture.
