Job summary

Arby’s Utah is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the restaurant management team, guiding performance, engagement and training to deliver exceptional results. You’ll drive hiring, onboarding and coaching to ensure top guest service and sales performance.

As a GM, you’ll manage inventory, cost controls and cash handling with an eye toward profitability. This role offers advancement opportunities and a benefits package including health insurance and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in foodservice management; Serve Safe certification is a plus (training may be provided).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with inventory, cost controls and cash handling.
• Ready and willing to conduct interviewing, hiring and terminations.
• Run the store as if it were your own business with an eye to the bottom line.
