• Minimum of 2+ years in foodservice management and Serve Safe Certification is a plus.
• Applicants should have strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with inventory, cost controls and cash handling
• Must be willing to conduct interviewing, hiring and terminations
• Run the store as if it were their own business with a focus on the bottom line
