Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Utah to lead the restaurant’s Meatcraft and manage the management team and staff through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. You’ll drive local marketing efforts and sales, ensuring the restaurant delivers high-quality meats and guest experiences.

The role requires at least 1+ year in foodservice management, with Serve Safe certification a plus. Strong communication, multi-tasking, inventory, cost controls, and cash handling experience

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1+ year in foodservice management and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified)
• Applicants should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Applicants should have experience with inventory, cost controls and cash handling.
• Applicants will be expected to run the store with an eye to the bottom line
• Applicants will be expected to interview, hire, and terminate personnel

Responsibilities

• As General Manager, you will lead your restaurant’s Meatcraft and manage the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• You’ll oversee local store marketing and work toward sales and profit goals to ensure the restaurant delivers top-quality meats.
• You will be responsible for daily operations, staffing, inventory control, and customer satisfaction within Arby’s.
• Represent the brand’s values and ensure adherence to standards and safety policies.
