Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in foodservice management.
• Serve Safe Certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with inventory, cost controls and cash handling.
• Ability to conduct interviewing, hiring and terminations.
• Run the store with an eye to the bottom line.
