Job summary

CAVA is seeking a General Manager for the Youree Drive location to oversee all restaurant operations and lead a team focused on guest satisfaction. You will drive performance, coach staff, manage inventory and labor, and uphold brand standards to deliver a high-quality dining experience.

You will develop others, foster collaboration, and maintain accountability across shifts while solving problems and maintaining a positive work environment.
