CAVA – Eaglewood Shops is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and the team. You will drive guest-focused service, staff development, and day-to-day management to achieve outstanding results and maintain a high-energy workplace.

You will foster collaboration, adapt to change, and own shift outcomes while ensuring safety, quality, and a positive guest experience. This role offers growth within a rapidly expanding brand.
