Job summary

Hen Quarter, a lively full-service restaurant inspired by Southern culinary traditions, is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, balance kitchen and dining room, and drive exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop your team, manage budgets, uphold health and safety standards, and embody Thompson Hospitality’s values while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our Prime location. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and a tireless commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including kitchen and front-of-house activities.
• Lead and develop staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient team.
• Ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
• Maintain adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
• Requires 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
