Golden Corral is seeking a General Manager to lead operations at our franchise location. You will oversee service quality, food safety, and financial performance while guiding a Co-worker team to success. Expect 55–58 hours weekly, a dynamic, guest-focused environment, and opportunities to advance within a caring culture.

The role requires prior management experience in high-volume casual dining and completion of a management training program. Travel to multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Education and training in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion of Golden Corral's management training program.
