Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and improving guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Complete Manager in Training program (8-10 weeks) prior to assuming role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and delegate responsibilities to management and staff to meet objectives.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Provide direction to management to achieve restaurant goals.
• Review operations and manage staff to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide coaching and assess performance regularly.
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering high service levels.
• Manage the restaurant to meet standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Monitor costs and staffing to stay within goals.
• Train staff on customer service principles.
• Follow Jersey Mike's Subs policies, including cash handling and safety.
• Implement new marketing promotions.
• Conduct staff and weekly meetings.
• Identify weaknesses and retrain as necessary.
• Handle weekly paperwork, inventory, product ordering, scheduling and labor.
