Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 2 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage store sales, volume, quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Control profit margin and budgeting tasks.
• Create employee schedules and place inventory orders.
• Lead employee training and development.
• Lead by example and participate in management meetings and strategy sessions.
