- Requires 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Must possess valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Serve Safe Certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage, coach, and recognize team performance to drive operations.
- Lead opening/closing procedures, restaurant setup, food prep, and cleaning processes.
- Plan and optimize labor deployment to meet sales and service targets.
- Ensure coverage of all workstations and back-up support during breaks as needed.
- Maintain focus on guest service and speed of service to hit company goals.
