Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our restaurants and own its performance. You will drive guest experience, develop a high-performing team, and manage operations, finance, and safety with accountability to district leadership.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, schedule shifts based on forecasts, monitor food quality and costs, and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience is required.
• General Manager experience preferred.
• Experience with responsibility for financial results preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain employees.
• Strong understanding of P&L, labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable your management team and team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and retain a strong restaurant team.
• Develop Shift Managers and future restaurant leaders.
• Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Maintain Pizza Hut standards for food quality, preparation, order accuracy, cleanliness, and service.
• Take ownership of restaurant cleanliness, organization, maintenance, and overall condition.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, temperature control, and food safety procedures.
• Develop and manage employee schedules based on sales forecasts and business needs.
• Manage labor effectively while maintaining appropriate staffing and service levels.
• Manage food cost, waste, inventory, ordering, and product controls.
