Responsibilities

• Oversee all unit operations during scheduled shifts.
• Manage staff labor and scheduling.
• Execute daily staff pre-shift briefings.
• Provide directions to ensure operations and procedures.
• Complete manager accounting reports and monitor sales and labor.
• Identify opportunities by creating plans to hit goals.
• Supervise line checks across shifts.
• Foster positive staff relations and morale.
• Maintain a safe work environment to reduce injuries.
• Oversee deliveries and ensure billing accuracy.
• Promote Buddy’s experience and handle guest inquiries.
• Assist with staff hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure usage of communication tools (pre-shifts, evaluations, records).
• Conduct employee reviews and provide feedback, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to Buddy’s uniform policy and standards.
