Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor the carry-out team.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new carry-out staff.
• Schedule and manage shifts to ensure staffing levels during peak and non-peak hours.
• Monitor carry-out operations to ensure high standards in service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Streamline processes to improve order accuracy, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor and improve the carry-out experience.
• Track KPIs and work with General Manager on budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure effective use of POS systems, online ordering platforms, and delivery tools.
