Buddy's Pizza is seeking a Carry-out Manager to oversee all carry-out operations, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure profitability. You will manage the carry-out team, optimize processes, and uphold company standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role focuses on leadership, operational excellence, and financial management, with responsibilities spanning staffing, service quality, and technology utilization to enhance efficiency.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership skills and people skills.
• Proficient in financial management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and mentor the carry-out team.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new carry-out staff.
• Schedule and manage shifts to ensure staffing levels during peak and non-peak hours.
• Monitor carry-out operations to ensure high standards in service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Streamline processes to improve order accuracy, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor and improve the carry-out experience.
• Track KPIs and work with General Manager on budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure effective use of POS systems, online ordering platforms, and delivery tools.
