You will supervise staff, manage scheduling and labor, conduct pre-shift briefings, and maintain Buddy’s service standards while promoting a positive work environment and safe operations.

Qualifications

• > Minimum 3 years’ experience in a general management role in a full-service restaurant.
• "> Proficient in leadership, communication, staff mentoring & development, and quality of operations.
• "> Strong problem solving and decision-making skills; ability to communicate at all staff levels.
• "> Knowledge of employment law and confidentiality; excellent customer service.
• "> Solid computer skills and familiarity with standard restaurant software.

Responsibilities

• > Oversee unit operations during shifts, including training, guest interaction, scheduling, product quality and cleanliness.
• "> Manage staff labor, monitor breaks and cash handling procedures.
• "> Lead daily pre-shift briefings and provide directions to staff.
• "> Monitor sales and labor reports; identify operational opportunities and implement plans.
• "> Supervise line checks and maintain Buddy’s standards and guest experience.
• "> Hire, train, and schedule staff; ensure proper use of communication tools and evaluations.
