Ideal candidates will have prior General Manager experience in high-volume quick-service environments, with hospitality or retail background.

• General Manager oversees profitability and customer standards (Quality, Service, Cleanliness).
• Leads Department Managers and coaches to reach store goals and improve departments.
• Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume locations; quick service or hospitality/retail background is desired.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in this setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers and set their goals.
• Provide coaching and direction to improve departments and store performance.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team.
