You'll recruit, mentor and coach Department and Shift Managers, ensuring each department improves and the overall operation rises. Ideal candidates have GM experience in quick-service or hospitality and are 18+.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience required, preferably in high-volume quick-service or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead multiple departments and drive profitability.
• Strong focus on people development, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-volume McDonald's restaurant to achieve QSC standards (Quality, Service, Cleanliness).
• Direct and coach Department Managers; help them set goals and track progress.
• Recruit, mentor and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership bench.
