Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee-operated restaurant is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations and drive profitability. You will be responsible for achieving high standards in quality, service and cleanliness, and for directing a team of Department and Shift Managers.

Ideal candidates will have prior General Manager experience in high-volume quick service or hospitality settings, with strong coaching and leadership skills to develop staff and achieve restaurant goals.

Qualifications

• General Manager role requires leading a restaurant team to meet Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Experience in high-volume quick service or hospitality is strongly preferred.
• Ability to hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective team.
