McDonald's Grand Prairie, TX is hiring a General Manager to lead operations of a high-volume restaurant, blending hands-on hospitality with strategic business management. You will own Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards and drive profit and guest satisfaction daily.

You will lead Department Managers, set goals, coach staff, recruit and mentor Shift Managers, and build a leadership pipeline to sustain long-term success.

Qualificações

• Previous General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to recruit and mentor Department and Shift Managers.

Responsabilidades
