Qualifications

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, sets goals, tracks progress, and provides coaching to improve Departments.
• The General Manager may hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure leadership for the future.
• Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume locations; quick service, hospitality, or retail background is strongly desired; must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and maintain McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead Department Managers, set and monitor goals, and coach teams to improve performance.
