You will set the tone for the restaurant, drive guest satisfaction, manage staff, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and service. Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old (RVP approval may vary by state).
• College degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Minimum of four years in restaurant management with responsibility for running quality shifts and driving sales/performance.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, scheduling, and operations to uphold quality and standards.
• Lead recruitment, training, development, and clear communication of expectations to the team to grow sales and profits.
• Coach and motivate staff to maintain high guest service and safety standards.
• Exercise cost control, financial accounting, inventory, and labor management to optimize performance.
