Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead Chuck E. Cheese operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage staff to deliver quality experiences. The role combines leadership with accountability for sales, service, and compliance in a fast-paced family entertainment restaurant environment.

You will oversee daily operations, coach teams, and ensure safety and cleanliness while optimizing costs and guest outcomes. The position emphasizes teamwork and a dynamic, fun culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for running quality shifts and driving sales/performance.
• Proven track record as a CEC Manager or Senior Assistant Manager.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; relevant local laws apply.
• College degree preferred but not always required depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on staffing, scheduling, quality, cleanliness and standards.
• Build sales and profit by recruiting, training, and communicating expectations.
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain guest service and safety.
• Exercise sound cost control, inventory, and labor management.
