Popeyes in Illinois is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will mentor and develop the team, manage scheduling, inventory, and costs, and ensure health and safety standards while growing sales and profitability for the brand.

Your leadership will shape a positive, fast-paced, inclusive culture and drive local marketing and guest loyalty in our Illinois restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Financial acumen and knowledge of P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with focus on food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and managers.
• Coach staff to meet goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operations and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks.
