Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• General Manager or AGM experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operations and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks.
