Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.

• Financial acumen including understanding of P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members for all positions.
• Motivate and coach staff to achieve goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operations and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
