Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train and onboard new team members, schedule staffing, and monitor performance.
• Manage inventory, food costs, and food safety compliance.
• Lead by example during peak hours and maintain a clean, organized FOH/BOH area.
• Grow sales and profitability by optimizing labor and product mix.
