• Financial awareness including P&L understanding; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant with high standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop top talent across all positions.
• Coach teams to meet goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, food/labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Drive sales growth and local marketing; manage scheduling and payroll.
