BURGER KING is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in the Houston area. The GM oversees daily operations of a single restaurant (10–45 employees) to deliver guest satisfaction, sales, profitability, and staff retention.

Responsibilities include leading the management team, controls, and compliance across shifts; interacting with staff, customers, and vendors; and working extended hours as needed to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete internal certification programs as required.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience stated.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and its impact on profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single restaurant (10–45 employees).
• Lead restaurant management team; manage financial controls, operations, and guest service.
• Oversee shifts and ensure compliance and profitability across the restaurant.
• Interact with team members, management, customers, and vendors.
• May work long or irregular shifts to support proper restaurant functioning.
