Tim Ho Wan Houston Katy is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive FSC quality, VOC scores, sales, and profits. The role emphasizes people leadership, training, and adherence to policies and budgets.

You will manage schedules, ensure compliance, and communicate results to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a restaurant manager in Chinese casual dining, strong MS Office skills, and a proven track record of high-energy, customer-focused leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years as Restaurant Manager in Chinese Casual Dining or equivalent.
• Knowledge of P&L/Store Financials and quality standards.
• Ability to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, self-motivated and adaptable.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Ensure FSC standards are met and targets achieved.
• Drive VOC targets including Google rating and surveys.
• Achieve sales and profit targets.
• Lead and develop the store team with training and motivation.
• Oversee store operations, compliance, financial reporting, and planning.
