Tim Ho Wan Houston Katy - 7002 is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive FSC, VOC, sales and profitability, and coach a high-performing team. You will oversee service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance in a busy Chinese casual dining setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a restaurant manager, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication. This is a full-time position offering growth and a family-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years as Restaurant Manager in Chinese Casual Dining or similar.
• Full knowledge of P&L and store financials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including holidays.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve FSC standards target.
• Achieve VOC targets (Google rating / Qualtric).
• Hit sales targets and profit targets.
• Lead and develop store team with training and engagement.
• Oversee store operations, compliance, and financial reporting.
