Qualifications

• 8+ years leading high-volume dining teams
• Proven track record in driving sales and budgets
• Strong business acumen and financial decision-making
• Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
• Experience with restaurant POS systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire managers and hourly staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Uphold THE ONE GROUP’s service and hospitality standards
• Oversee restaurant functions including business strategy, marketing and risk management
• Maintain compliance with policies, food safety standards, and health regulations
• Monitor sales, labor and operating costs to maximize profitability
• Develop marketing initiatives and networking to increase guest traffic and sales
• Set and execute sales forecasts, budget goals and profitability strategies
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting and cost management standards
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier talent
• Coach and mentor team members to drive excellence and career growth
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and team-building initiatives
