Job summary

Benihana Indiana is seeking a General Manager to drive daily operations, lead a team of managers and hourly staff, and uphold brand standards while ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability in a high-energy environment.

You will oversee business strategy, marketing, risk management, and compliance with food safety standards, while recruiting and mentoring talent, monitoring labor and costs, and delivering an exceptional guest experience across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, full-service dining.
• Proven track record of driving sales and managing budgets.
• Strong business acumen and financial expertise.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems (MICROS, Aloha, OpenTable).

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of managers and hourly staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Oversee business strategy, marketing, and risk management.
• Monitor sales, labor, and operating costs to maximize profitability.
