Benihana - Burlingame is seeking a General Manager to drive daily operations, lead a high-energy team, uphold brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction while delivering strong financial performance.

You will oversee all restaurant functions, recruit and develop talent, manage budgets and marketing initiatives, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in high-volume, full-service dining.
• Proven track record of driving sales and managing budgets.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
• Passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and high-energy environments.
• Tech-savvy with restaurant POS systems (MICROS, Aloha, OpenTable).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant atmosphere.

Responsibilities
