This salaried role expects about 50 hours weekly, with flexibility to meet business needs, and requires strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and a background check.

Qualifications

• 3+ years GM or similar leadership in food service.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+, valid driver’s license, and pass checks.
• Food safety certification (ServSafe/food handler) where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and profitability while upholding brand standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a best-in-class team.
